Terms of Service

Thanks for trying Amplycom! We're a small Swedish startup building an AI-powered CRM, and we want to be upfront with you about what you're signing up for. These terms are meant to be clear and straightforward—not full of legal jargon. If you have questions, just reach out to us at support@amplycom.com.
1. The Agreement
By using Amplycom, you're agreeing to these terms. Pretty simple. We're Liljeforce AB, a Swedish company (organization number 559211-3186), and we run Amplycom.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you're signing up for your company, make sure you have permission to do so.
2. This is Beta Software
Please read this carefully: Amplycom is in early development and beta testing. This means:
- Things might break or not work as expected
- Features can change or disappear without warning
- The service might go down unexpectedly
- You could potentially lose data (so please keep backups of anything important)
- We might need to make breaking changes as we improve
Bottom line:We're working hard to make Amplycom great, but it's not ready for mission-critical use yet. Use it at your own risk, and don't put anything in here that you can't afford to lose.
3. What You Can and Can't Do
Use Amplycom for legitimate business purposes. Don't use it to:
- Do anything illegal
- Hack, spam, or abuse the system
- Violate anyone's privacy or rights
- Send malware or malicious content
Important:You're responsible for following data protection laws like GDPR. Make sure you have proper consent before contacting people, respect unsubscribe requests, and handle personal data lawfully. We provide the tools, but you're in charge of using them responsibly.
4. Your Data and Our AI
Your data is yours. We store and process it to provide the service (research, email generation, etc.), but you own it.
Our AI (powered by Google Gemini) creates email drafts and research based on your data. You're responsible for reviewing and approving what the AI generates before you send it. AI can make mistakes, so always double-check.
Our AI also reads your incoming emails to sort them by topic and decide which ones are worth drafting a reply to. You stay in control: drafts are only suggestions, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
When you connect your email account through Nylas, you're giving us permission to send and receive emails on your behalf. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details on what we store.
5. Paying for Amplycom
Some features require a paid subscription. If you subscribe, here's the deal:
- You pay per seat (one seat for each connected email account), billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Prices include VAT where it applies.
- Payments are handled by Stripe on their secure checkout pages. We never see or store your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your Profile. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
- We may change our prices, but we'll give you notice first, and new prices only apply from your next renewal.
Payments and receipts are processed under the Liljeforce AB name, so that's what you'll see on your card statement and invoices.
6. No Warranties or Guarantees
We need to be clear about this: Amplycom is provided "as is" with no warranties or guarantees.
We don't guarantee that:
- The service will always work or be available
- AI-generated content will be accurate or effective
- Your emails will be delivered or get responses
- You'll get any specific business results
- The service is bug-free or secure
This is beta software from a small startup. We're doing our best, but we can't make promises about perfection.
7. Liability Limits
If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. We're not liable for:
- Lost data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service downtime or interruptions
- Errors in AI-generated content
- Problems with third-party services (Nylas, Google, etc.)
- Any indirect or consequential damages
This might sound harsh, but it's standard for beta software and protects us so we can keep building and improving Amplycom.
8. Your Account
Right now, Amplycom is invite-only. Keep your account secure—you're responsible for everything that happens under your login.
Either of us can end this agreement anytime. To delete your account, email us at support@amplycom.comand we'll help you export your data, transfer ownership of your contacts and companies where needed, and permanently delete your account. We might suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other reasons (it's beta, so we need flexibility).
If we part ways, export your data first—we'll delete it after you leave.
9. If We Disagree
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we have a dispute, let's try to work it out directly first. If that doesn't work, we'll use arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden.
10. We Can Change These Terms
As we develop Amplycom, we might need to update these terms. We'll let you know about major changes. If you keep using the service after changes, that means you accept them.
