Email drafting
Content AgentThe Content Agent drafts a personalized email using research and knowledge base context. You can create templates as style guides and set a usage percentage to A/B test template-guided vs freely drafted emails. Multilingual support matches the prospect’s language automatically.
Human review
YouThe draft lands in your review queue. You can approve, edit, or discard it. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
Send
Your emailApproved emails are sent from your actual email account during business hours, respecting rate limits to protect your sender reputation.
Reply classification
Decision AgentWhen the prospect replies, the Decision Agent classifies the response (interested, objection, question, out-of-office) and routes it accordingly. Qualified leads are flagged for your immediate attention.
Automatic check-in

Selective email sync
When you connect your email account, Amplycom only persists emails from contacts in your CRM. All other emails are filtered during processing and never saved to the database or displayed in the app. Your personal inbox stays private.
